My experience was great from the front door entrance until my exit at the end of my test. Dr. Cate and Brita were inviting, kind, had smiles, knowledgeable, listened, and extremely help. I am 76, and they made me feel like I was an important patient. They are an asset to your organization. Bed side manners were super great. The best urgent care ever from the front desk to the doctor it was very nice to see people care

While I was initially hesitant to visit an urgent care facility - the location and "newness" of this office (plus, my need for quick answers) - prompted me to visit on 1/31/23. It was absolutely a pleasure. All staff members (Specifically, Dr. Dwaik and the triage nurse) were knowledgeable, kind and efficient. Since I often have a difficult time getting an appointment to see my longstanding family doctor due to short business hours and a packed schedule, I will gladly visit Family Urgent Care should the need arise. Thank you for putting me at ease and being so patient and attentive to my concerns!
