This was my first time at vybe, I didn't know what to expect, but I had a great experience. Everyone from the front desk person to the nurse to the doc treated me with the utmost respect and care. I described my issue and treatment was provided. Thank you vybe.

I had to get two Covid tests 1 week apart for cataract surgery. First eye results in time which is 96 hours. UNFORTUNATELY WHEN SECOND TEST WAS DONE I GOT A PHONE CALL FOR RESULTS IF FIRST TEST. I WAS AT SURGERY CENTER IN WEST ORANGE FOR NOTHING. ARE U KIDDING ME!! DO THEY LOOK AT DATES ON RESULTS. A MISTAKE LIKE THIS IS HORRIBLE AND NOT EXCUSED. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. SO U CALL A PATIENT WITH RESULTS RHAT ARE NOT CORRECT?????? SHAME ON THIS EMPLOYEE FOR DOUNF THIS TO ME!!!
