When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!

I was greeted by two lovely ladies as soon as I walked in, very pleasant and only waited ten minutes to be seen. P.A. Patel was kind, thoughtful, and caring. I feel better already after his treatment plan!

As far as I could tell, there were 3 people working there(including doc), and 3 patients( including me). Everyone was treated respectfully, courteously, it was as efficient as possible as far as I could tell, clean, they offered water.  The doc seemed concerned, knowledgeable and efficient. There was a ton of on line checkin stuff that needed to be dealt with.  I'm horrible at that stuff!  One of the women working at the desk, who moments later was my tech, was very helpful getting me through the online check in.  I never could have done it myself. Hopefully the medicine the doctor  prescribed will work. They all did a nice and thourogh job as far as I could tell.

Thank you for agreeing to monitor my hand infection while its being drained till it heals. She did a wonderful job packing the incision for me. She knew exactly what to do. Thank you again. I will see you weekly until it is cleared and healed.

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

Great all around pediatric care! Easy booking, short wait time, friendly check-in assistance and nice and knowledgeable provider helped my little guy with his flu diagnosis. Thank you!
