This is my fourth time using this facility. I have always been greeted with courtesy and a smile. All the practitioners and staff take time with you as a patient and make you feel very comfortable.

This was my first visit, and I am thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism exhibited by the entire staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and efficiency. Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

The staff and doctor was very caring with our son who has special needs.

The lady they have working there right now at the front desk is a very professional and good person.. that’s rare for urgent care. Make sure you keep her happy.

I will say, time and time again, this is my go to place for any kind of testing. I never have to wait, I usually schedule a day or two before and am often seen early due to no one being there. Staff and providers are super friendly, helpful, and extremely quick with what they need to do which allows for less time waiting in the exam rooms. Testing is also extremely fast, I have gotten tests before and then have heard back a day later. Will recommend to anyone looking for quick access to medical care.

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

I scheduled my appointment for 8am and was seen right away. This is the second time I've been to this location and both times service was exceptional.

Returning from a drive from Florida, with a raging sore throat. Easy scheduling an appointment for the next morning. I was seen within a few minutes, test for flu, strep and Covid, came up positive for Covid. We quickly arranged for medication prescription and off I went. Dr. Santana was perfectly professional and attentive. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Book on line process requires getting out your wallet to take photos of your Insurance card and your ID, front and back… That’s annoying also required every visit..

The staff were very kind and helpful. Mariam Lozah PA. was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Overall good experience Wait time was very short
