Went in for a visit yesterday with body aches, sore throat, cough, headache, and congestion. Waited 29 minutes was seen by PA-C John Davies and Stephanie Krejci FNP. They were very attentive and compassionate. The back staff of Alee, Jalyn, and Sean were also very supportive. Front desk Dakota and Brittney always make checking in as easy as possible. I booked on Wed evening for an early Thursday appointment for severe congestion, coughing, blocked sinuses. My appointment was for 8:15. I was inside at 8:05, in the exam room at 8:10, and on my way at 8:30. Everyone was super friendly, nice, and proficient. Would definitely recommend for Urgent Care needs near Clear Lake.

Was able to book an appointment over the phone in under 2 minutes. My provider was a female doctor who I’ve seen in the past but I forgot her name:( She’s fantastic, both my mom and I absolutely LOVE her. Kind, patient, to the point and excellent bedside manners. I’m hoping I don’t get sick again but if I do, I know exactly who to go to!

I made an appointment quickly, was seen within 5 minutes of arrival, and had great medical care. I’ve used NextCare Urgent Care many times and have been very satisfied. I do recommend this provider.

I had an emergency with my child and came in a Saturday afternoon. The waiting time was not bad, and the staff was super nice. My daughter was helped by the doctor and did not need to go to an emergency waiting room which saved us a lot of time. I will definitely come back here again if I have another emergency with my kids.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
