I made an appointment by calling the office in Sherman and when I got there I checked in with the front desk. I received a text confirming that I’d checked in and provided updates as to where I was in line. Nice use of technology! MA, and Doc were each competent professionals and easy to speak with.

As first time visit,  the scheduling was not as easy as other urgent care.  I was in tremendous pain and had to do online check in.  I could not get insurance ID scanned. The front desk lady finally helped me with the insurance.  It took a while for her to get me admitted and I was desperately needing to go to the bathroom because of my condition at the time. On the other hand,  ms Edna is great and thorough . She was checking everything and making sure I was okay to leave and provided me with recommendations .

The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional, took my blood pressure & temperature. The nurse who came into patient room told me I should have put my mask on when I had been told I was going to be getting swabbed next - I realize I was contagious but I wasn’t leaving the room and I knew I was getting swabbed - I wasn’t sure it it was going to be my nose or mouth.  Her manner & tone was not friendly.  The PA was great, very nice bedside manner, helpful and answered questions.  I had thought the clinic did PCR tests as they had done in the past but learned that had stopped some time ago. I wanted to have a PCR test done as well but was not able to.

Our family frequently visits CommunityMed Clinic! They are always quick to get us in and they are always so friendly! We recently had great care from Stacy, she was awesome!

Last time I came here, my whole experience was a nightmare. They looked like they changed ownership so I gave another try. The experience was so simple. Everyone was easy to talk too and  I had barely any wait time. The women I saw were pleasant and efficient. I was out the door quickly and my prescription was called in by the time I got to the pharmacy.

Easy to book a last minute appointment for sore throat and fever. The wait was a little long but it sounded like a patient’s parent was yelling about not getting antibiotics in the room next door which probably slowed things down. The PA (Olivia maybe? I can’t remember her name) was still incredibly upbeat and patient with my daughter once she came in. I felt like my daughter got appropriate care and the PA explained things well. Nice informational signs in the room about strep throat and viruses and antibiotics. I do wish we’d been brought back to a room sooner once the waiting room started filling up so we could avoid being around so many other sick kids.

Scheduling an appointment was easy and updates were sent to advise on status. Overall the wait time was not too bad considering how busy the office was. The administrative staff, nurse and doctor were wonderful. I would definitely recommend and if needed would choose Little Spurs again.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
