The nurse was friendly but not at all gentle in swabbing my nose for the pcr test. I let her know how much she was hurting me and I know it could have been done to the same effect a lot more gently. She also told me it would take 2-3 days to get pcr results. I was led to believe otherwise from your web site and the doctor who was very friendly came in after and said we should have it probably 24 hours.

Was a pretty quick visit although I did not like my provider. She insisted that nothing was wrong with me and that it was all in my head because I was showing no symptoms to the eye. My hands were hot and itchy but she claimed there was no evidence of me having hand and foot mouth disease although I’ve been exposed to it for several days. Today my hands and feet now have painful blisters and I have to attend work in this condition due to her misguided assumptions. Her name is Olguerline Lamousnery, FNP. She treated me as though I was a child and did not know anything.

Dr. “ Jersey Girl” Pagano was OUTSTANDING 😎. Suggestion - check your computer appointment confirmation notice. Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
