Very happy with our urgent care visit.  Staff that greeted us was friendly, check in time was reasonable, and Gabe, our PA, was great.

Showed up at the Ruston urgent care location for a walk in, learned about the crazy wait time but also the app, so I installed Solv and found that the Tacoma urgent care location has appointments available to schedule that day, where Ruston only had tomorrow. So I scheduled one just 30 minutes away, rushed to the office and the app knew I was there so I checked in, talked to the receptionist, she already had my insurance and stuff from the app scanning my card👍 so she photoed my ID and told me I'd have a 45 minute wait. I was excited for this. I left and used the wait list on the app to track my position in line, and showed up, was seen pretty much right away, dental assistant was kind, put in all the info, doctor came in right away, got the antibiotics I needed immediately. Pharmacy had my prescription ready soon as I got there, within 10 minutes probably. The whole experience was pretty amazing and even though it was sudden and I was in pain, had to learn about the app and whatnot, it was so easy. Very impressed.

Very easy to schedule appt for a same day. Was surprised by the fact that they are paperless and in order to view anything you have to download their app. It’s been 2 days and still no results, as for the medication you have to go on the appt and send it your self to the pharmacy otherwise you will not get it. Overall it was a good visit but it could have improved on some things for sure.

My husband has Alzheimer’s and everyone was very professional and friendly and understanding his issues.  This is the second time we have been here and I have recommended friends go for urgent care.

The staff at this location could not have been more helpful or friendly.  From the check-in, to the Medical Assistant Naya (sp?), to the Nurse Practitioner Katherine I saw.  Once I was in my room, they were efficient, knowledgeable.  I left knowing exactly what my plan of care was.  Highly recommend.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. Booked an appointment at 8am. Got right in. Care was very professional and thorough. Dr Singh ordered a chest X-ray for verification nothing was going on. Appreciate the promptness and thoroughness of clinic. I will definitely recommend this clinic.

Continued coughing ing a blockage in sinuses. Needed Ned's to help . Dr evaluated condition and advised care and antibiotic.

Everything was ok except I was rusher by Medical assistant to leave. I ask about results of my test and she said she will call( she never did). Also Dr told me ( I remember exactly) that she will give me excuse for work for Monday but nothing happen and later when I read notes showing not excuse from work needed. I like this place but this time I was rushed to leave room. Thank you

I woke up with a pelvic pain and was able to book same day appointment. It was so quick appointment with everything. Dr Tam Pham was a great attentive and passionate, I would highly recommend her! !

woke up with sore throat and ear infection. was very insistent on getting care for my voice as well as i use it professionally. i did receive the ear drops which i began taking. but i need to schedule again for my voice.

Woke up this after dealing with cold and being tired. I was concerned with the lack of energy. Now, visiting clinic as a walk in and being checked out. I feel I can plan my next adventure, been concerned. Being 81 is a new experience and may not get it right. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. Happy new year!

This is my second time using the Gig Harbor office, both times I was greeted with a friendly staff and prompt and knowledgeable care by Dr. Khan. I would highly recommend this urgent care facility.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.
