I appreciate the leve of care received. I prefer to go to this location than any where else. My last visit was decent but the front desk lady tried to take my blood and bruised both my arms and I ended up with an upper arm reaction, very frustrating and painful experience, I still have the image to this day.

Very easy to schedule appointment. Check in was fairly easy

Went to this walk-in clinic for a sore throat. The staff were very helpful and professional.  I would definitely go back again.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeably answered all questions. Appointment and billing were fast. Testing next day was on time and professional. Results available within 24 hours. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.
