I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant and helpful.  It was easy to make the appointment and there was barely a wait.

I was rejected due to my insurance.    Active duty military using tri-care  and was told they don’t accept it.  Sad

Well, to be honest I was a bit disappointed. I went online to search for a "podiatrist" for a same day, or next day appointment. Using my zip code, I searched for locations in which to see a podiatrist the same day...... Your location, which is just within three or four blocks from my home, came up. Bottom line is, I anticipated, and expected to see a board certified podiatrist... A doctor who "specializes in foot care!"

I am so very pleased with the level of care from reception, incoming nurse, nurse practitioner and x-ray tech. They were all kind and understanding to a very sick senior citizen. I am blessed to have such high quality Urgent Care in Smithtown. Thank you all.

Book on line process requires getting out your wallet to take photos of your Insurance card and your ID, front and back… That’s annoying also required every visit..

Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.
