Woke up with stuffy nose, booked an appointment and was in and out in 30 mins. Everyone was very kind and professional.

Woke up not feeling well and was able to schedule an appointment right away with no issues. Upon arrival, I was greated politely by the staff and didn't have a long wait time before I was seen by the doctor. Facility was very clean and nice and overall experience was an A+!

I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.

We made an appointment for 9:45 a.m. And did not get called back till 10:30. This is especially tough with a toddler. The staff was friendly. However, I still did not receive the results for my son 's covid, flu, RSV testing and it's been 3 days. I do not see the point of testing for these illnesses if you are not going to call back with a result. I tried looking online and there is no record of the test. I also called and was told I would get a call back and never received it. Now I got to call again to find out what the results are.

Walked in and filled out the paperwork after a short wait the doctor looked me over and ordered some meds.

Scheduling was easy online. Staff was attentive and answered questions.

This was our first time here. My son very rarely has to be seen at the doctor & was quite apprehensive leading up to our appointment. Our nurse (unsure of her name), was super sweet & was very good with Austin. She was encouraging when he seemed nervous which was great. Our doctor, I believe her first name was Alissa, was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely helpful in explaining his diagnosis & treatment to me…but more importantly she was amazing with my son. She was so gentle & kind…to the point where, after we left, Austin said “I’m not afraid of the doctor anymore!”  The office is pristine, the front desk secretary was very nice & making our appointment was easy, too!  Thank you for making our experience a seamless, painless one. We will recommend & we will be back (but hopefully not for a long time, haha!) Thank you again!!!!!

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

Repeat blood work, it was a wonderful experience. Check in was fast, I got called in the back, less then 10 minutes. The staff of course is always a pleasure to be around.

Very Kind and Professional staff. Vida , exceptional Provider. MaryAnn , Medical Assistant  was attentive and gentle in caring for Me . Eric greeted me at the front desk with a kind Personality and helped Me complete my signing in information. Highly Recommend , AFC, Denville.

This is my second time visiting this facility and I have only good things to say about it. The staff is wonderful. I got the same doctor twice, which is very nice and she is awesome.
