This staff was pleasant and caring!  Peace of mind that the ER of a hospital is avoided along with the drama or cost! Knowing this place is open everyday is comforting again the staff is totally on point as to listen & even provided paperwork of the visit detailing amazing! P.A. Sam was the best today for my sons care!

Nice and capable staff for Covid 19 test. Very busy, so a bit of a wait for callbacks and when at site, and needed to call at site to get staff to come to car. Signed up for antibody test beforehand but not available when I got there. I am glad because the test is up to $200, depending on how much insurance covers. Call insurance first for sure.

My son was sick and I called for an appointment but was told it was walk-in only. I took him to the clinic expecting at least an hour or two. Fortunately as soon as the cumbersome paperwork was finished he was seen in a short time. Online check in seems very long. All Staff were very kind and professional.

Staff went above and beyond to answer questions before I was even seen and the front office staff were so nice and caring. The doctor was kind and efficient. I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
