Needed to be seen on a Sunday morning. Made an appointment online & completed paperwork at the same time. They were very friendly & efficient! Got a lot of work done in a very short period of time. Extremely accommodating staff from reception to doc & checkout. I would definitely recommend!

Went in for a recheck of a pneumonia diagnosis last week.  Made an appointment easily.  Did not wait long to get in once I arrived.  Got very good care.

My first time here as a new patient. The wait was maybe 10 minutes if that. The fact that this Henry Ford facility has access to your My Chart on the Epic system made the transition to a new facility easy. A very nice building and an convenient location. Staff was friendly and professional. The Nurse Practitioner I saw knew exactly what was going on with my condition and friendly. I would definitely recommend Henry Ford Go Health Urgent Care.

I've had a head cold for 3 weeks without relief. I had done an e-visit and a virtual through my primary office. I will say my virtual visit suggested I get my ears checked. Thank goodness she did. I had inflammation and fluid in both ears! I hadn't been able to hear for over a week. Thanks to Urgent Care I finally got the medication needed for my body to heal. I had a great visit. Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
