Woke up with a pain in my side, I hopped on to book an appointment and within the next hour I was in. Very little wait time and was out within the 45 mins. Sherry was super nice along with the rest of the staff. This is my second time having to come into this urgent care and I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. Went in for a recheck of a pneumonia diagnosis last week.  Made an appointment easily.  Did not wait long to get in once I arrived.  Got very good care.

My first time here as a new patient. The wait was maybe 10 minutes if that. The fact that this Henry Ford facility has access to your My Chart on the Epic system made the transition to a new facility easy. A very nice building and an convenient location. Staff was friendly and professional. The Nurse Practitioner I saw knew exactly what was going on with my condition and friendly. I would definitely recommend Henry Ford Go Health Urgent Care.

Was nice to go and get in and out in a reasonable amount of time,especially when you don't feel well. Everyone was nice and did thier best. Seemed short staffed. But still efficient. Thank you.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
