The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

When I was unable to sleep due to coughing, scheduling an appointment for first thing this morning was easy! Short wait time and friendly staff, as well as a convenient and clean office make it easy to recommend!

My visit required a follow up later in the afternoon, which was botched up at each step. Different prescriptions were supposed to be sent to the pharmacy that never came over and by the time they did come over the pharmacy closed hours later. Then the prescription that was resent was the same one as earlier in the day and the insurance company refused to cover it obviously. Communication and follow through was horrible.

Highly recommend the facility.  Dr was concerned & attentive. Happy I went & pleased with entire visit. I highly recommend !
