Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

The gentleman at the front desk was far from friendly, a little abrupt in tone, slow at checking ppl in and then told me he couldn’t take my cash copay because he didn’t have access to the box.  When he finally did take my payment because I told him that was the only way I was paying and asked for a receipt. He told me to sit down and he would get me one.  Then he proceeded to help another patient.  He should have finished with me and getting my receipt

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

It’s always a pleasure when I bring my son in for a visit. I never have to wait a long time, the staff is very courteous and friendly and the facility is always clean. My son’s doctor succumbed to a sickness back in the Spring and I brought him him here for a physical. I have made up my mind. CityLife will be his primary. I came in to receive a sports physical and this office offered great service throughout my whole experience there. I was able to call ahead of time and receive all the information I needed. The wait time was small and everyone was friendly, respectful and attentive to my needs.

I was visiting my son and his family and became sick after babysitting my sick grandchild. I knew my body was telling me to see a doctor so I visited the American Family Care. The best move I made. Everyone in the office, from the receptionist to the Vanessa, John, and the Dr. Alexa were so warm and caring. I was in and out in half hour, and that was with a short staff I highly recommend this provider.

I scheduled an appointment the morning of my visit. It was easy to get the appointment. And what a delight seeing Ms. Nina. She is absolutely beautiful inside and out. And she’s smart and has the best bedside manner. I will always use this facility. Awesome place to go when you aren’t feeling well. Thanx so much.

I was able to book an appointment online To see the doctor the same morning. The staff are very friendly. The facility is very clean. This is my third visit to this center and I will go nowhere else

Booked same day appt for my 2 y/o daughters rash. Everyone was so kind and cheerful with her and made it easy. The only complaint was the wait time even with a scheduled appointment.

The Nutley location was amazing. They were able to get me in, tested for Covid, flu, RSV, and strep, in a matter of 30 minutes, the medical assistant and doctor were so friendly and nice. Highly recommend!

Been having a fever and nausea. Didn't have to wait long. Everyone so caring. Given something for nausea and felt better in 10 minutes. I always have great experience there.

I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient
