Making the appointment was easy I was battling a cold and over the counter items wasn’t working. I called the number and set up a my appointment for that early afternoon wait time from once I arrived to seeing the doctor was minimal about 10 minutes. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. She answered my questions with ease filling out the forms. The doctor promptly arrived listened attentively to my symptoms and diagnosed my condition. I left the office from time of arrival to departure 35 minutes with script in hand. Very satisfied with the care the cleanliness of the facility and the prompt kind service from start to finish. I would again use and recommend this facility again

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

Booked same day appt for my 2 y/o daughters rash. Everyone was so kind and cheerful with her and made it easy. The only complaint was the wait time even with a scheduled appointment.

It’s always a pleasure when I bring my son in for a visit. I never have to wait a long time, the staff is very courteous and friendly and the facility is always clean. My son’s doctor succumbed to a sickness back in the Spring and I brought him him here for a physical. I have made up my mind. CityLife will be his primary. I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

I came in to receive a sports physical and this office offered great service throughout my whole experience there. I was able to call ahead of time and receive all the information I needed. The wait time was small and everyone was friendly, respectful and attentive to my needs.

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

I have been to this location many times over the past few years and my experiences have always been positive.  There is rarely a wait, it is always clean and the entire staff is great. I visited today and both Jackie and Alexa were extremely helpful.   Highly recommend this place.
