Fast and easy , check in at the front offices, a link was send to my phone in order to up load all my personal and insurance information , signed all the paperwork in the app and summit it with in few minutes everything was done and I received a confirmation

Had a hard time making an appointment… most likely a result of high volume illness and New Years Eve/Day. Check in  easy Staff friendly, helpful

I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

I would definitely recommend.  The entire staff was very helpful and supportive.

Scheduling was so easy, check in was a pleasure, the most wonderful staff, and the PA spent time with me, coming up with ways to treat my cough…I would recommend this office to everyone!!

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Ms. Tamika was very professional and caring.  My daughter and I were very pleased with our care.

Although knowledgeable, I do not feel I received the same level of care as in previous visit with other Dr.

The nurse and doctor were very kind, helpful and thorough.  Different than usual Dr that’s there, she actually listened and didn’t talk over you when you were describing pain and issues.  They were both very helpful.

Stephanie was kind, caring, and professional. I trusted her advice and her assessment of the situation and what is going on. The person that took the culture was also very kind and professional, and had a very steady hand. I would absolutely.return here for other media l issues that come up.

I felt safe and comfortable

The tech or nurse that took the throat culture took the sample in a very rushed and quick manner and I question whether the result is accurate. The last time I took my other child there I had the same person and the result was negative but when I went to another Dr it was positive less than 24 hours later. I know results can change but I wish that person would be more thorough and take their time.

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.

Super easy to book online and overall great experience.
