Had a cough that was getting worst with phelm. Scheduled an appointment on line which was easy. My appointment was for 1:15 and once there the check in was fast. Paid my copay and sat down. My wait was a little longer than I though because another person came after me and was called before me? Doctors visit was to the point checking my lungs and throat. She sent a prescription to my pharmacist who said the ingredients were the same as over the counter brands, Why? The only Rx added was antibiotic pills. Place was clean.

Had a hard time making an appointment… most likely a result of high volume illness and New Years Eve/Day. Check in  easy Staff friendly, helpful

Stephanie was kind, caring, and professional. I trusted her advice and her assessment of the situation and what is going on. The person that took the culture was also very kind and professional, and had a very steady hand. I would absolutely.return here for other media l issues that come up.

Half way through my appointment, the fire alarm went off. We all had to be evacuated. I had been putting my appointment off for the issue for a year. I finally scheduled it, and boom... you gotta go (lol). It wasn't their fault though. Other than that, I was very pleased with everything.

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

All the staff were so friendly. The PA Ashley was very knowledgeable too. Easy to schedule as well. Very clean.

Made an 8 am appt. Everything went smoothly. All questions were answered PA and staff on duty was very courteous. Good experience at this location.

The entire staff was friendly, especially the receptionist. She made my experience move smoothly by explaining the process/next steps before I was taken to the exam room. She is an excellent team player!

My daughter woke up with a sore throat, and I was able to book an appointment that same morning. It was super easy to book, the check in process was smooth, the location is convenient, and we were out of there in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend.
