I took my Dad there to get his ears cleaned, and they did all that could but one of his two ears had wax that was impacted. They actually did follow-up the next morning to try to get him into the nearest ENT doctor at the soonest available date & time, which was very important since he couldn't hear and hearing aids were not working.

I have received treatment several times. I have been pleased with every person who has treated me, as well as the support personnel. The facility is clean

Urgent Care by the Bay is absolutely the very BEST! First, the staff is always friendly and professional. Second, the lack of wait time is incredible, ie, I’ve always been seen quickly! Third, the ‘in-take’ nurse is efficient in obtaining info the physician will need to help. And forth and final praise goes to all the physicians I’ve seen: each one has an excellent bedside manner, listening and responding to my concerns, respecting my knowledge of my body, and providing me with the correct care-even noting any concerns they may have. This was my first time to Complete Urgent Care, and to be honest.. after the care I received from Stephanie yesterday, I won’t be wasting my time with another Urgent Care every again! The drive from Perkinston was well worth it! I had been severely sick since I had my second COVID shot on July 7th. Yes, I suffered for 20 days before I finally couldn’t take it anymore! Her bedside manner, the way she truly listened to me and didn’t act like I was just another person, but someone she was seriously considered about, was what will bring me back this clinic! 6 prescriptions and almost 24 hours later, I feel loads better already! Stephanie, I know this line of work can make you lose your sense of good in others, but please I beg you to never lose how caring and loving you are for patients! I only wish I could have you as my regular PC!

Room was so so Cold

I am extremely pleased with the care I and my grandchildren have received. I felt they were thorough and listened to my concerns. The entire staff was very friendly and would answer any questions. I felt they were GREAT with my grandchildren. They made them feel comfortable. We always left with smiles.

Staff is friendly and competent. I have been there more than once for injury(s) requiring stitches and was very pleased with the patient care and excellent medical treatment.
