Excellent experiance. Ive been sick for over a month went to 2 other Drs and they were no help just suggested over the counter meds. I got progressivly worse then decided to try DOCS. The nurse practioner listened to me and evaluated me and got me diagnosed with antibiotics! I’m finally on the road to recovery! The receptionist was amazing as well! Great staff and great experiance! Very grateful!!

Book on line process requires getting out your wallet to take photos of your Insurance card and your ID, front and back… That’s annoying also required every visit..

Unfortunately, my wait time to talk to the doctor was long, but the staff are always amazing! Mind, helpful and friendly….

The ease of scheduling the appointment was a plus. The entire staff was courteous and professional. Dr Ava who examined me was attentive and very caring.

I appreciate the leve of care received. I prefer to go to this location than any where else. My last visit was decent but the front desk lady tried to take my blood and bruised both my arms and I ended up with an upper arm reaction, very frustrating and painful experience, I still have the image to this day.

I am so very pleased with the level of care from reception, incoming nurse, nurse practitioner and x-ray tech. They were all kind and understanding to a very sick senior citizen. I am blessed to have such high quality Urgent Care in Smithtown. Thank you all.

I was treated very nicely but condition did not improve after trying what was suggested so ended up at hospital Tuesday PM. I was treated at Peconic Bay Hospital and if you want to see what was really wrong you can look at my records there. I don't know how to rate quality of care at your place?
