Her referral to the hospital made my service in the emergency room quick, professional and compassionate. Within an hour of being in the emergency room, I was diagnosed through a CT Scan of having a ruptured appendix and immediately scheduled for emergency surgery. The Doctor on site at the Water’s Ave. site in Tampa saved me from having serious complications and helped me greatly understand what had happened and how serious it really was. There is simply no way to thank her enough.

Yesterday, I went to TGH Urgent Care Fast Track at Wesley Chapel, and was extremely impressed by the entire staff’s excellent customer service, professionalism, thoroughness with which they reviewed my medications, and medical history, and timeliness with which they saw me. I had never been there, and so this was a new experience for me. The NP who I saw, Ms. Braunlin McDonald, was outstanding. Her communication and listening skills, competence, kindness, medical reports, and more, were first-rate. The facility was well-run, and immaculate. I have been in the medical field for 37 years, and tend to cynically scrutinize the facility and personnel with whom I am trusting my medical care. Let me tell you—-TGH Urgent Care Fast Track at Wesley Chapel did not disappoint! If I needed urgent care, I would go back there in an instant, and would encourage those who need urgent medical assistance to do the same.
