I met with a PA and Dr. Vafidis and couldn’t be happier with the level of care I received. The physicians and staff are extremely knowledgeable in their profession! I had positive care myself, but as my wife was waiting for me, she was telling me of a very disheartening experience at your facility. A gentleman came in asking for a nurse, as he felt his wife was having a stroke. The girl at the desk instructed him to go to the kiosk and enter all necessary information. She did ask the man for his wife's name. I felt there was no compassion at all for this man, who evidently was in turmoil. Don't you think that ReadyMed could get all there information after evaluating the person in dire need This all took place on Wednesday, January 25 2023 at aproximately 11:15 a.m. Makes us wonder how often this happens???
