My review is for telemedicine though I felt they were helpful when I visited the urgent care a few times. I had been prescribed many antibiotics before with Reliant and other telemedicine Teladoc. Azithromycin, Cipro could not cure my infection. Despite people would not believe it if I had throat infection or not, Teladoc gave me Keflex and it helped me but it did not cure me completely. Finally, Reliant prescribed me Bactrim for an insect bite on my spine which was not that bad but I insisted. Lucky for me. Despite Bactrim and Cipro are not good for my kidneys, Bactrim has cured my throat after 7 days. I am not planning to take Bactrim again in the future, hope I will not get infected again. I still gargle with saltwater too.

Dr Jerry Lewis was great. He always put a smile on my face. He was very helpful with my diagnosis and explained everything throughly.

I was recently referred to primary walk in by a family member and was pleasantly surprised with how well the front staff treated me. I met with a PA and Dr. Vafidis and couldn’t be happier with the level of care I received. The physicians and staff are extremely knowledgeable in their profession! I went to urgent care in Leominster at 6:45 this evening. I can not believe how great the care I received there was. Ligia was pleasant, patient and determined to help me with my ear problem. She could have easily given me drops and told me to come back after a few days, especially being almost closing time on a Friday evening. She did just the opposite! She worked on me until I could literally hear again. When I complimented her she said “I’m just doing my job”with a smile on her face. She was more than just “doing her job” she was being a true professional. Couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at the Urgent Care near Marshall’s. Thank you!

COVID protocols/cleanliness, extra HEPA filtered rooms, wonderful staff-worked efficiently. in and out in a timely manner and labs came back relatively quick!

I have been going to Garden city Treatment Center for 15 years or so. They have a fantastic staff and excellent doctors. They make me comfortable and work with me to address my health concerns. I had a serious skin infection a couple of years ago. Doctor Creighton new exactly what it was and gave me the appropriate shot for two consecutive days. This effectively stopped the infection. I've seen all the doctors at GCTC at one time or another, for injuries, bronchitis, and the flu. They're always on the ball! I really don't care if I have to wait an extra 10 minutes or so now and then. Getting treated by Garden City Treatment Center is worth the wait. Leo T
