I started feeling like I had a UTI and it was getting late in the evening. Springfield Urgent Care was open until 9 p.m., so I went there for the first time.  The staff were very friendly and understanding and I was in and out in an hour.  I would recommend them for your urgent care needs.

Been sick doctoring myself up for days with no relief. I seemed to be getting worse. So I went to urgent care. I was surprised there was no waiting for this 24 hour location. The doctor was very quick and helpful. I was in and out like a paper route!! I would come back and recommend this location for urgent medical attention.

Visit was pleasant and fast. Didn't catch the ladies name at the front desk but she was fantastic! Absolutely loved her energy! She administered my tetanus shot and I barely felt it which is good cause I don't like needles! Best doctor visit ever! PA was real good too. I will be going back. My last visit was awesome to. I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
