Had congestion symptoms for several days that were not lessening, but worsening. Was a walk-in at AM/PM. Was immediately attended to. Staff was polite. Facility was clean. Very professional and competent. Good alternative to the ER.

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

It was decent , you could tell I guess the doctor felt uneasy because I was a man maybe of color etc other then that it was smooth

I fell and sprained my ankle and finger by accident. The staff was great! No wait at all, promptly received attention and X-rays. They were very courteous and comprehensive at my visit. I would highly recommend them for your medical needs.

Easy walking appointment was easy as a doctor was friendly and did my Covid test quickly. They sent the results to me as soon as possible would definitely recommend this place.

Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.

Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.

Woke up with terrible pain in My foot.  Was in and out of the office in less than 30 minutes and was given full attention to this matter.  Excellent staff, friendly, courteous and very friendly.   A++++++++
