Probably one of most cleanest urgent cares I’ve been in. Very easy to make an appointment, no wait time but expected to wait if I had to. Book on line process requires getting out your wallet to take photos of your Insurance card and your ID, front and back… That’s annoying also required every visit..

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

They were perfect, attentive and aligned with all of my needs! Much suggested!
