Easy to walk in - get a quick appointment- clean and easy snd everyone friendly. Nurse was fine - although ordered me blood tests and said (on a Friday) that since she’s not in until Monday would have to wait for her to call me to discuss them. This doesn’t make any sense whatsoever- blood tests came back today (Saturday) and I see elevated issues - could be nothing of course or could require antibiotics or medication, but of course no way to reach anyone easily to ask.   So clearly a major gap in the service.

They were nice just took so long even though I was the only patient but sweet staff

The entire staff was friendly, especially the receptionist. She made my experience move smoothly by explaining the process/next steps before I was taken to the exam room. She is an excellent team player!

Woke with coughing and wheezing and hard to breathe. Got an appointment right away and medication to help me. Staff was very pleasant.

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

Staff is great, not long waiting period at all. But, the physician assistant is a terrible listener and has no idea of what she's doing. Maybe she was overwhelmed. We all have bad days but, she's suspect.

The lady they have working there right now at the front desk is a very professional and good person.. that’s rare for urgent care. Make sure you keep her happy.

1st time here was expecting to be here forever ! We were .in and out in less then 20 min!!! .the apt was for my sick 7 year old so it was amazing !! And it's 8 min from my house ! Takes all insurance which is awsome also!!

I am so very pleased with the level of care from reception, incoming nurse, nurse practitioner and x-ray tech. They were all kind and understanding to a very sick senior citizen. I am blessed to have such high quality Urgent Care in Smithtown. Thank you all.
