Staff,nurses,doctors was very friendly they have you in and out. They don’t waste your time. Also nice security guard but he oversteps a little.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

The ease of scheduling the appointment was a plus. The entire staff was courteous and professional. Dr Ava who examined me was attentive and very caring.
