As a senior with serious underlying health conditions, I was very fearful to have a needed CT scan during this pandemic. After making appt. I called the Exton facility directly about my condition & risk about coming in. Shannon listened & discussed my concern with Neelam in registration & CT technician Kelly about how to accommodate my visit. All personnel went out of their way to minimize my time there, protect me & make me safe. Models of health care who went above & beyond! Had an accident and lip was split open, it was really bad. It was late they were about to close soon but they took me in put stitches in and then the same nurse called me 2-3 days later to make sure I was doing ok because she was thinking about me and wanted to make sure I was doing ok. That meant so much to me and now a year or so later you can barely see the scar. I don't think anyone could have done better. She said she did the stitches as she would've done it on her child. I really can't explain how great the care is there in words but there good people.
