This was my second time here and everyone is so friendly, the Dr. that attended to me, Emma was so caring and and kind, she listened to me, she was very compassionate and understanding and her assistant was exactly the same...kind and caring they were both very patient with me. I hurt my back and shoulder exercising. I used a chiropractor and home remedies but they didn't help. I am so thankful that urgent Care is no longer walk in. Scheduling is so easy. Filling the forms didn't take, I had to do it twice. The front office was great. I felt listened to. The doctor or PA prescribed me muscle relaxer.

My visit went well except that i waited for a long time in the examination room without anyone telling me that the wait would be so long, I feared I’d been forgotten (as had happened in the past with a different provider).

My visit there was very, very good. The doctors excellent he took his time and he discussed everything that I needed to know he did not rush me out the door. That’s what it used to be, but it hasn’t been like that for a long time so I give them a five star rating.

Had a headache for 3 days in a row. I had been to this location for same reason before waiting time was about 15 minutes they gave me 2 shots and I was on my way.

I would like to say that I am not happy with the service I received from the provider. He was not attentive to my needs. He said I look fine but I still feel sick. 🤒 I am 50 years old and now my body. I explained what I was already doing at home, breathing treatments, nasal spraying, inhaler, montelukast as prescribed by my pulmonologist. And I was not helping. I said I was coughing phlegm, congested chest. And was not helped.

Everyone there was great. In and out reasonable time. Good place

After battling a sinus infection for the past 4 days, I decided I should see a doctor. I went on line and scheduled an appointment this morning. I filled out the paperwork on line before arriving at the clinic. When I got there, I checked in right away and waited about 10 minutes before being called. The staff were friendly and the office was clean. I was seen by Melissa who listened to my issues and got right to the point. She was friendly and thorough. Prescribed me the medication I needed and I was on my way. In and out in about 25 minutes. I would highly recommend this provider.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
