Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️

My first visit to this facility, excellent service, highly recommend.

My department came here for the rapid test. The covid test wasn't pleasant but the staff was fantastic.

Was sick with an ongoing sinus infection which had gotten worse ,  I was able to get in see the dr. and he made sure I would have all the prescriptions to ease my symptoms and clear up the infections .  They took all the appropriate tests to rule out any other infections (Covid ,flu etc).  Fast , caring , thorough and thoughtful of my feelings .  The staff was friendly efficient and caring , would definitely use them again .

I was seen by a very competent physical assistant. She addressed my needs and concerns and prescribed an appropriate antibiotic. I am on the road to recovery and appreciate the excellent care I received at this urgent care! I would recommend this facility highly!

Very easy to book appointment online but when I went in it was still an hour wait . Dr was very professional and caring gave me meds and was thorough . I’ve been here before and they have always done a thorough exam and felt better . Would definitely recommend.

Everyone that worked there was great. No complaints. The wait time was longer than expected. Perhaps it was because I was so sick but it seemed long.  I did follow up today to inquire about getting an inhaler that my primary recommended but could not get on line to prescribe it for me while in her vacation. I left a specific message with the front desk today and never heard back.  That was quite disappointing

Got an easy appointment on Thursday. Dr. lee was excellent and meds are already working to heal my bronchitis. Highly recommend this office.

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

Got out of work early yesterday and remember that I had ran out of medicine. figured I just swing by no phone call no appointment. Was very Pleasant. In-N-Out in 30 minutes. Very easy!

Everyone was extremely professional and went went above and beyond besides having to wait 13 hours to get a room upstairs but I understand stuff like that takes time everything else was great and definitely would be coming back again if I needed too thanks again for all the excellent care most hospitals aren’t nearly as nice as yours same as all the doctors and nurses and all of the staff literally everyone was nice thanks again can’t thank you enough for the quality care I got I would highly recommend this to anyone who needed the care I did thanks again
