I’ve been here 3 times this year for different issues. The doctor is thorough and explains everything well. She is a very caring person. I could go to a place that’s close to my house but I like Prima a lot more —I’ve seen the same doctor each time, they give you personal attention, and I’ve never had to wait more than about 10 minutes.

The nurse was friendly but not at all gentle in swabbing my nose for the pcr test. I let her know how much she was hurting me and I know it could have been done to the same effect a lot more gently. She also told me it would take 2-3 days to get pcr results. I was led to believe otherwise from your web site and the doctor who was very friendly came in after and said we should have it probably 24 hours.

The online appointment options are great. The wait time once you arrive for your scheduled appointment has never been good. I feel as if I don't need to use the scheduling app because I sit for a long length of time. We'll after my appointment time before I'm seen. Lastly, I received no feedback from my lab results. That's unacceptable in my mind. Maybe it's not part of the practice to inform patients of their lab reports.

Care was good. Scheduling was a nightmare. Made an appointment in Kensington for Saturday afternoon and showed up to find out I could not be treated there for the X-ray. My appointment was rescheduled for the next day but when we showed up, I was informed we had to go to a different location. After a long wait for the third try I had a broken bone and was given a boot. I went home then got a call to pick up crutches. I went back the next day and was told crutches were not there and sent to another location. All in all quite stressful and not easy to move around so much with a broken bone.

Dr. “ Jersey Girl” Pagano was OUTSTANDING 😎. Suggestion - check your computer appointment confirmation notice. Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”.
