Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. Everything was good except for waiting time. Told 1 before me ... then 2 before me. Waited approximately 35 min for nurse . Otherwise all good.
