Was a pretty quick visit although I did not like my provider. She insisted that nothing was wrong with me and that it was all in my head because I was showing no symptoms to the eye. My hands were hot and itchy but she claimed there was no evidence of me having hand and foot mouth disease although I’ve been exposed to it for several days. Today my hands and feet now have painful blisters and I have to attend work in this condition due to her misguided assumptions. Her name is Olguerline Lamousnery, FNP. She treated me as though I was a child and did not know anything.

Scheduled online for a CDL/DOT Physical. Everything went smoothly and surprisingly punctual. Very professional, courteous and pleasant staff.

Went to clinic to evaluate flu-like symptoms. I did not have an appointment, the front desk staff, medical staff and Doctor were extremely attentive, easy to talk to and caring. I was in and out within 30 minutes max.

The appointment was on time. The doctor gave me the right medication to control the infection and posion ivy rash. Doctor explained me in details what to do next to control and alleviate the discomfort. Also gave me hand out about the medication and what to do. This is my new emergency to go.

I’ve been here 3 times this year for different issues. The doctor is thorough and explains everything well. She is a very caring person. I could go to a place that’s close to my house but I like Prima a lot more —I’ve seen the same doctor each time, they give you personal attention, and I’ve never had to wait more than about 10 minutes.

I was misdiagnosed by the radiologist so technically they should get a 1 star review, but it wouldn’t be fair to the doctor and everyone else who helped me.
