Severe neck pain brought us to Urgent Care. The medical assistance was outstanding. The immediately recommended an ER visit for a CT scan for a current medical issue. After an Xray they were clear the ER was the best way forward. We did go to the ER later that afternoon by ambulance, their instance did save my partner's life. Well done. I started feeling like I had a UTI and it was getting late in the evening. Springfield Urgent Care was open until 9 p.m., so I went there for the first time.  The staff were very friendly and understanding and I was in and out in an hour.  I would recommend them for your urgent care needs.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
