Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️

Woke up with an eye infection on Friday morning unable to get an appointment with the eye doctor until Monday… Went to UFC urgent care where everyone is friendly and professional, got diagnosed and was able to pick up medicines to start treatment today!

Wonderful experience.  The wait time was negligible.  Staff. was friendly and helpful.  They allayed my fears. Easy check in. So pleased I found them after hours.

Had congestion symptoms for several days that were not lessening, but worsening. Was a walk-in at AM/PM. Was immediately attended to. Staff was polite. Facility was clean. Very professional and competent. Good alternative to the ER.

PA that took care of me did a marvelous job and so did the young lady that took the x-rays and so did the young lady at the front desk? I have no complaints. God bless them and they get a 20 from me.

Your Dr. x-rayed my injured foot and said it’s OK take tylenol.  Went to my orthopedist 3 days later and she x-rayed also and found a broken toe!  Shocking!

Staff is excellent. They brought to my attention important medical needs to address. I appreciate that type of attention. Great job👍

There was a 16 year old boy who was sitting in the waiting area with his arm bleeding. He had several tissues trying to contain the bleed and the rep at the front desk turned them away because they didn't have an id. That's a kid! Bleeding!! And was turned away. Compassion is one of the most important elements in health care and it was lacking. It wasn't the provider who turned him away it was the receptionist. Otherwise my visit was ok, I think my provider was Torres, she was great. But I couldn't stop thinking about the kid.

I understand the wait time being long but the receptionist could not even give me an estimated wait time and that makes a big difference when you have a cranky baby. She also didn't know how to print me a detailed itemized receipt and asked me to call back tomorrow. The PA though was super super nice and helpful.
