Check is relatively easy and the wait time to see a doctor was reasonable.  Dr diagnosed my issue quite well and was happy with my visit overall. My wife and i have now both visited this facility and would surely return if the occasion presents itself

I went to the doctor to get a check up since I'm a few weeks sick. He took care of me fast. He explained everything and suggested medicine. I then went to go pick it up at CVS. Thanks everyone for your help. I'll get better in no time.

So easy to schedule an appointment on line or walk in. Reassuring to know someone will see you the day you need them. I like that Drs explain everything. The staff are helpful, attentive, and kind from the time you walk in the door until you leave. Definitely would recommend!

I woke up yesterday not feeling well so I went online to schedule an appointment for after work and to my surprise I was able to get something scheduled for the same day for the time I wanted. Check in was super smooth, the staff is way better now that Atlantic health took over, I was a bit hesitant to come back here because of a bad experience last time but I was pleasantly surprised at how nice every one was. The staff was great. I got quick care and a thorough run down of what was going on. I’m happy to say I will go back if I need their service again. Thanks guys!

Went for Earwax removal, Doc said he cannot help becase he does not have tools to remove EARWAX, was charged and asked to go to ENT doctor. Doctor was no help at all.

Easy to schedule, they had a same day appt and I was able to book right at 9 am, staff and PA were SO nice, PA was informative and friendly, with great bedside manner and advice. My only opportunity area for this Urgent Care would be to reduce the wait time. It took 40 minutes before I even saw the PA from when I arrived with the 9 am appt. And all together I was there 1 hour and 30 minutes. PA was new and learning the ropes and computer systems, but this waiting time (with an appt) should look to be shortened in the future.

There is a lack of good communication between the front desk and the doctor in charge of calling back patients. Even though this doctor told me she has a policy of returning calls at the end of the day, she wasn’t able to tell that to the front desk so they tell the patient. Unfortunately I wasted an appointment visit that she was not willing to not charge, but better yet, loosing a new customer. Is sad to see how greedy director she is.  The staff in general is ok. Nurses are nice and even apologetic about this situation. But as they say, this matter was above their capabilities. If k ever go back I’ll make sure I’ll never have to see this lady dr director.

Booked same day appt for my 2 y/o daughters rash. Everyone was so kind and cheerful with her and made it easy. The only complaint was the wait time even with a scheduled appointment.

Right from the door I was treated quickly and with kindness. The staff is wonderful and professional and my doctor was superb!

I have been to this location many times over the past few years and my experiences have always been positive.  There is rarely a wait, it is always clean and the entire staff is great. I visited today and both Jackie and Alexa were extremely helpful.   Highly recommend this place.

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

Called for an appointment & got when I wanted no problem. The staff checking in are very nice , just a shame it’s such a long waiting period !! While I was waiting I saw at least 4 people leave because they were told it would be a 3 hour wait!  The nurse & Dr who saw me were very friendly and professional & I would go back to this site if need be.
