Front staff was pleasant and Dr..Christina was attentive to my needs and provided me the medicine I needed. She has a very calm and pleasant presence.

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. We did not get proper testing. Later on tested ourselves to find he has the flu. Called this am and this afternoon to see if they wanted to prescribe tamiflu and have not yet received a call back.

Made an appointment for 12;40 was called in after 2pm. I was not a walk in, maybe 2 people ahead of me so I could not understand the wait. Just to check in I waited on line for over 20 minutes while the person checking in was filling out her forms sitting at the check in desk!

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.
