A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

Made an appointment for 12;40 was called in after 2pm. I was not a walk in, maybe 2 people ahead of me so I could not understand the wait. Just to check in I waited on line for over 20 minutes while the person checking in was filling out her forms sitting at the check in desk!

I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. Came to the office on Sunday when my right eye was swollen, red and painfull and realized I had a red bumpy Rash on the bridge if my nose and it was painful under my glasses. Had headaches. Waited about 2hrs to see the staff. Staff was courteous, but it was a long wait to see the assistant and Dr. After giving symptoms to assistant, sge gave me an eye test naming the letters. The Dr. came in a few mins later for about 10 mins just looked at me and said I had shingles/herpes virus and it infected my eye and I need to see my eye Dr. Mon. Because it can cause blindness if not treated right away. She sent RX to my pharmacy and said goodbye.

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
