I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. Excellent experience- thank you!

This is the first time I have been to this urgent care. The nurse practitioner that I saw was knowledgeable, smart, helpful, answered all my questions and REALLY listened to my concerns and feelings. It's one of the first urgent care that I've been to where the facks are presented in front off you and you are asked to for the options that best suit you, in decisiding your own care. Even at checkout, the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind. I hope I don't need too, but if I do, I will be back to this urgent care, they were really great.

Staff,nurses,doctors was very friendly they have you in and out. They don’t waste your time. Also nice security guard but he oversteps a little.

I went to my primary care doctor for a regular checkup and mentioned my ears were still bad.  She did not have the availability to syringe my ears so I went to Urgent Care.  The wait was acceptable and I was more than happy with the service provided.

Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️

Wait time was short and the PA, Tim, was very knowledgeable and nice. Would highly recommend visiting this place.❤️

The check in with the computer and then the phone is horrible. My phone would keep starting over. I was the only person there but I had to ask for a paper to check myself in. By the time I was giving the paper three people were coming in and done checking in which pushed me back on being seen

Before I went to the clinic, I hesitated and had no confidence.  After the visit I am satisfied and happy to use this care center again when I need.

Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.
