I came to urgent care with pelvic pain and irritation. The doctor did a visual examination. She did not do a full GYN exam until I prompted her too after she just looked with her eyes & said “I don’t see a cystocysle” and was going to discharge me. It turns out I had a yeast infection. Had I not prompted her to do a proper exam it would of went untreated

Had a cluster headache the doctor prescribed the wrong medication and then ain’t want to change it smh

Scheduling appt was easy, wait time after arriving was an hour after scheduled appt time. Once brought into exam room everything was addressed in an appropriate amount of time and received results quickly. Staff were all nice but would appreciate if they could update people in waiting room when they are running late and what the expected wait time is for people waiting to be seen

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.
