I had an emergency with my child and came in a Saturday afternoon. The waiting time was not bad, and the staff was super nice. My daughter was helped by the doctor and did not need to go to an emergency waiting room which saved us a lot of time. I will definitely come back here again if I have another emergency with my kids.

Terrible care, we scheduled and appointment and had been waiting for more than 2 hs waiting. Staff is good, but we do not recommended and we are not coming back.

Was able to book an appointment over the phone in under 2 minutes. My provider was a female doctor who I’ve seen in the past but I forgot her name:( She’s fantastic, both my mom and I absolutely LOVE her. Kind, patient, to the point and excellent bedside manners. I’m hoping I don’t get sick again but if I do, I know exactly who to go to!

I made an appointment quickly, was seen within 5 minutes of arrival, and had great medical care. I’ve used NextCare Urgent Care many times and have been very satisfied. I do recommend this provider.

I was taken back quickly. Treated appropriately with kindness. Only negative was when I arrived home I read my paperwork. Medical assistant documented my weight backwards so had me down 40 lbs more than stated on the scale I was weighs on. Also wrong  arm documented for blood pressure. PA also did not prescribe medication as discussed for cough at night.  Other than those few things I am on the road to feeling better.

I was so pleased with my care. Attention paid to me in medical aspects, health and general kindness to human nature that I went ahead and just got a whole membership so that I can keep coming back there because every staff member was wonderful. Five stars top-of-the-line only place I’m gonna go for certain things. They did in one hour an x-ray and IV Medication for my bacterial infection and neck pain because of my discs and spine does messed up literally they did so much for me in an hour or so then four of my doctors haven’t done in months. I’m referring other friends and family to this place and funny thing I took my mother there with me so that she could get her illnesses treated and an IV we walked out , so . Thank you all staff members we will see you soon

The staff was very kind. The facility was very clean. The IV experience was amazing.

Check-in was fast and pleasant. Staff was courteous and thorough. Nurse practitioner Kelly was outstanding. Her demeanor was caring and compassionate. She was thorough and never made me feel rushed. Kelly is what quality health care should be.

It was our first time there, all the staff was friendly, very attentive and provided compassionate care. I would definitely recommend.

Please don’t spray a ton of febreeze in the room Right before bringing in the patient. Actually shouldn’t be spraying any Febreeze aerosol in the small patient room before bringing in patient

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

Great staff, friendly service, got what I needed done quickly and was able to go on about my day. I highly recommend this facility.

I recently visited Bellaire ER. The front desk ladies were very nice. My nurse Melissa went above and beyond to make me feel better. Lastly Dr. Quitanilla provide fast precise care to get me back on track and feeling better. Thank you all.
