Fast service considering it was a Friday evening. Was in and out in an hour  Front desk, and patient care was decent. No complaints.

The only thing I did not care for was the receptionist. She was a little snobbish and unwelcoming. However, everything else was very nice.

I received excellent information about my condition from the doctor.

The nurse was friendly but not at all gentle in swabbing my nose for the pcr test. I let her know how much she was hurting me and I know it could have been done to the same effect a lot more gently. She also told me it would take 2-3 days to get pcr results. I was led to believe otherwise from your web site and the doctor who was very friendly came in after and said we should have it probably 24 hours.

Dr. “ Jersey Girl” Pagano was OUTSTANDING 😎. Suggestion - check your computer appointment confirmation notice. Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. I was a walk in. The front desk person was very professional and friendly. I arrived at 2pm was taken back to room around 2:45. The wait for the doctor was alittle over an hour. The doctor was apologetic about the wait. The room itself was surface clean but in poor repair. The lobby was sanitized as I was waiting by the front desk person which I was very happy to see. Although under the vending machines in lobby was extremely dirty. Overall I was satisfied with my visit.
