Dr. Heath was fantastic! Very cool guy and knew his stuff. He got me the meds I needed to get me on my way. However, the wait time was rough. It was close to 3 hours before I was actually seen by the doctor. They take appointments too and it seems those take priority over walk ins. Totally understandable but when I literally have pneumonia and feeling very cruddy, then told the wait will be 1 hour so I waited in the car only to have it be close to 3 hours, I had a hard time with that. Overall though, the care was absolutely top notch! Thank you.

Very busy location and was unable to secure an appointment on Friday or Saturday due to high volume. The person at the desk who assisted me on Friday was very kind and helpful, looking into locations that might be able to see me that day and informing me that if I come in at opening on Saturday, I can get a walk in spot. The people at the desk who assisted me on Saturday, when I was able to get a walk in appointment, were also kind, helpful, fast, and efficient. The doctor and nurse were also kind and respectful. I feel like they did a great job helping me with an injury and walking me through the L&I worker's comp process, which was new to me. They answered any questions I had.

My son had a big cyst on his back. I scheduled an appointment online and that was a good thing as there was only 2 appointments left. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Great care was given.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. Came in the evening before Thanksgiving.  The staff was efficient and friendly and I was seen fairly quickly.  The doctor was very thorough in discussing my health issue and with addressing how to proceed   He definitely took the time to make sure I would be diagnosed correctly.  I would definitely recommend this provider

I called the clinic to ask about an appt because of my granddaughter's eye problem. There were no appts available, however Mi-lihn (sp?) was so helpful & explained about walking in. We did not have to wait long. The staff was very courteous & friendly. The PA had a great bedside manner & made sure my granddaughter understood everything. This is not her first time there. The clinic is very consistent with its service. A nice medical clinic to go to. Would recommend going here.

My 2 year old woke up with a fever and cough. I called ahead and they put me on the walk-in list while I drove over. We were seen within 15 minutes, service was quick and efficient - we were back on the car in under a hour. They were so so friendly, gentle, and patient with my sick toddler. The space was super clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend!

Experience is always a 10 star! Ease of making a same day appointment, zero to 10min wait time, friendly staff and NP's I've never been dissapointed! This place is better than any doctor office I've been to! Bedside manner is over the top which is my #1 priority! They are simply the best!

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
