I had an issue that needed to be addressed quickly. I was very happy to get an appt right away when they opened. Staff was professional and very nice. Clean, quiet environment.

This is on a Saturday, I had very badly infected thumb with great pain I had been awake most of the night and was exhausted when I arrived I was greeted by a extremely friendly and professional medical staff. There was a wait time,but I was told that I could go home and they would text me when it time for my appointment and I could return. I was able to go home and rest. I was texted a about 2hrs later, when I arrived back again I was seeing the Doctor after a less than 10min wait . He was calm and professional and friendly, he was able to diagnosis my problem with my thumb and set a course of treatment. This was a positive experience, the fact that I was able to go home and return making the wait time seem considerably less was a bonus. Great staff Great experience.

Easy to schedule, staff was helpful and very friendly, got seen fast, all around great place.

Scheduling was easy via Solv, but no coordination between Solv and the office resulted in multiple duplicate bookings and unacceptable wait time.  2:30 appointment confirmed by Solv, actual check-in 4:55.  Staff was friendly and courteous, but front desk staff was overwhelmed.  Provider and staff were prompt once I was checked in and appointment was quick and efficient.  Care and bedside manner were top notch.

Everytime I have to go in or bring my kids in, anything from xrays to basic flu, this team is on it! Friendly. Supportive. Listens. Helpful. Always compassionate!

Scheduling on Sunday for a Monday morning appointment was convenient & easy. Upon arrival, check-in was a breeze as they already had me in their system; wait-time was minimal & all staff were professional & friendly. The Doctor was thorough & clearly explained my condition; prescriptions were sent to my preferred pharmacy immediately & available the same day. Definitely recommend MultiCare Indigo in Uptown Gig Harbor.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. Been dealing with sinus drainage and pain. Had already visited my doctors office a couple days earlier. Still not feeling very good on Saturday so visited Urgent Care. I so appreciated and thankful the care and concern I received on my visit on Nov. 16, 2024.  Thankful because I was referred me to the ER at St. Michael where my problem was recognized and immediately addressed and treated.    I would definitely recommend MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care Poulsbo.

I was 30 mins behind of my appt. and thought I will be accommodated after 1.5 hrs. They called me 15mins after I checked in. All of the staffs and doctor s are friendly and courteous.

So convenient to go on the phone app and find an appointment! Got in early and I don't think I waited 5 minutes before I was taken back. Was in and out in probably 15 minutes or less with a prescription sent to my Pharmacy.

I don’t have a primary care doctor so I’m glad they were able to see me and take care of my needs

I had scheduled an appointment after work, I was checked in quickly with the online set up, then called back and triaged, Provider came, got an xray, Provider set up a care plan and done, overall about 45 minutes. Everyone was nice and efficient.

Scheduling online is easy.  The wait time was long but everything else including the dr was good.

It was so nice to be able to schedule an appointment and not have to sit and wait to be seen when not feeling well. All the staff were empathetic to my concerns and provided the care that I needed.

Scheduled an appointment overnight and was able to see a practitioner first thing in the morning.  The wait was nonexistent, the location was incredibly clean and inviting, and the staff were lovely and helpful.  Highly recommend!

An hour and three quarters wait for a 10 minute visit — filling out paperwork online, only to have to fill out the same paperwork again once in the office , NOT particularly impressive 🙄

I’m satisfied with my visit. It was easy to schedule, check in was convenient, staff was very nice and helpful and the care was very good and helpful!  Very encouraging as well, which aides in your belief from your diagnosis to how you proceed in your aftercare!  👍🏾🙏🏿

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.
