check in is always nice and quick and immediate which is what we appreciate the most. The nurse that greeted us and got us started was very friendly and welcoming.  The provider named Miguel is not very personable and asked us what’s our goal to be there.. that question threw us off a little. He treated us like a business and it was just here ok here is your prescription have a good day.  I’ve seen him in the past and felt uncomfortable that I didn’t move forward with any suggestions he provided in the past. Appreciate that he gave me and my son prescriptions but he didn’t really explain to me what was going on with me but did with my son. Wished he didn’t treat us like a transaction he tried to complete.  No, I do not recommend this provider.

I don’t usually leave reviews (who has time for that ) but I really had a a great experience at this clinic . Fast ,kind and respectful . I haven’t felt that in many healt clinics before . Strongly recommended .

I had my annual physical this morning.  It’s not something I look forward to but I have to say Sarah Phillips and her team were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.  I left the clinic feeling that they had delivered an excellent heathcare experience.

Just as all my 5-stars suggest, everything was great, with all staff being very professional and personable while providing excellent healthcare.

It was a great experience from the beginning to the end. The receptionist was extremely nice and informative. The weight was not long. The doctor was great. Highly recommended.

Woke up this after dealing with cold and being tired. I was concerned with the lack of energy. Now, visiting clinic as a walk in and being checked out. I feel I can plan my next adventure, been concerned. Being 81 is a new experience and may not get it right. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. Happy new year!

The When I called yesterday afternoon there was a 3/4 hour wait. The kind receptionist suggested I make a 9:30 am appointment this morning. I did and it worked out very nicely. A short wait and all went very smoothly!  Yes, I’d recommend this provider based on my experience today.

As always - though fortunately have not had to visit often - l have been treated with kind professionalism.  Questions answered, treatment options discussed.  Really glad your treatment center is just a few miles from our home ! BUT on the January 4th visit, l wasn’t “sick”, l had an injured wrist - apparently from a spider bite.

Excellent care from start to finish. Front desk friendly and efficient. Nurse practitioner very knowledgeable, and excellent “bedside manner “. Definitely recommend using them for your health care needs.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. Scheduling an appointment was super easy. The staff was fast and friendly and had me in and out quickly. Always a great experience at Indigo.

Stopped to secure an appointment, but none were available but will text when an opening comes up - 3-1/2 hours later I was informed it was time to come in. Very through and efficient, left with a summary review. Very pleased.

Went in for loss of vision in left eye. They put me in right away. Then after barely checking sent me to the ER because they don't have the tool/machines to do much.

Very easy to schedule appt for a same day. Was surprised by the fact that they are paperless and in order to view anything you have to download their app. It’s been 2 days and still no results, as for the medication you have to go on the appt and send it your self to the pharmacy otherwise you will not get it. Overall it was a good visit but it could have improved on some things for sure.

Booked an appointment at 8am. Got right in. Care was very professional and thorough. Dr Singh ordered a chest X-ray for verification nothing was going on. Appreciate the promptness and thoroughness of clinic. I will definitely recommend this clinic.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
