Excellent experience. I’m grateful this Urgent Care is just 10 minutes from home for me. Received great care and thanks to my doctor and 2 prescriptions I’ll be feeling good again by tomorrow.

We made an appointment for 9:45 a.m. And did not get called back till 10:30. This is especially tough with a toddler. The staff was friendly. However, I still did not receive the results for my son 's covid, flu, RSV testing and it's been 3 days. I do not see the point of testing for these illnesses if you are not going to call back with a result. I tried looking online and there is no record of the test. I also called and was told I would get a call back and never received it. Now I got to call again to find out what the results are.
