This is the first time I have been to this urgent care. The nurse practitioner that I saw was knowledgeable, smart, helpful, answered all my questions and REALLY listened to my concerns and feelings. It's one of the first urgent care that I've been to where the facks are presented in front off you and you are asked to for the options that best suit you, in decisiding your own care. Even at checkout, the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind. I hope I don't need too, but if I do, I will be back to this urgent care, they were really great.

Staff is always helpful and polite. Dr. B. Fahnrich is and amazing doctor. He has diagnosed conditions that primary care doctors can't.

Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Woke up with a sore throat, walked in to AFC in the afternoon and had to fill out information on the phone once there to get to see the doctor. Luckily there was one appointment on front, waited 10 minutes and got to see the assistant to take Covid and Strep test then doctor came in to do the check up. End up with a Strep, in-n-out in 30 minutes. Suggest to make an appointment online ahead of time which I didn't.

Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️

Staff,nurses,doctors was very friendly they have you in and out. They don’t waste your time. Also nice security guard but he oversteps a little.

My wait time was short and the staff is great/ amazing hospitality. The provider was amazing and helped me with my issue for that visit; I would recommend to everyone. I don’t live too close to this location but I will definitely be coming back because of how I was welcomed and treated.
