We had a great experience while there but  them not calling in my sons prescription and every time I called to speak to someone about it the line was always busy is extremely frustrating and upsetting.

I am thankful that I could get into urgent care yesterday early. Wait time was very long and doctor only spent 5-10 minutes with me. Very brief exam. He asked me what medicine I can take and prescribed that. I am improving with this med and am thankful but don’t know that I would come back. That was the shortest exam I have ever had. He did not  seem concerned. Dr Scott did apologize for the long wait . The staff was courteous. No update though on why the long wait from staff. Also she never had me fill out any medical history. No one did.  Assistant To doctor was sweet. With an appointment sitting in waiting area with a lady very sick with no mask on coughing he whole time spreading her germs. There needs to be requirement to west bark or out her away from other people waiting.

Friendly Staff

Came in to the urgent care with an online appointment scheduled. I have been here several times. I have insurance, which was verified by the office, but the front desk girl said I was required to have a credit card on file but couldn’t tell me why. She did say it would be on file in your system for FIVE years. Not only does that seem to be a crazy ask with verified insurance, she could explain why the card was needed or why it would be on file for years. Makes me question things for sure…. The provider was great but first impression needs improvement.

My appointment was previously scheduled, I was taken in close to on time!  I had some wait time after having a chest x-ray (for  incoming results ) not long….  I cannot thank my Dr. and staff enough!!  I’m always greeted, they are always friendly, caring with sincerity!!! I don’t think I could get better care anywhere and absolutely I would recommend and have recommended Carolina primary!!

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

The woman who was working was fantastic. She was kind & upbeat. She put me at ease when testing my daughter. She was also encouraging and made my daughter feel better. She was great!!

Quick call to facility to check on rapid Covid-19 test for 4th grader. They handled it all in a very pleasant manner. Test negative so could take child to school.

Joshua provided excellent customer service! He was very speedy and courteous. I did not feel rushed at all. I’m glad I came to this drive up for testing!

I was a bit nervous about getting a covid test in the middle of an empty parking lot, but the staff immediately put my mind at ease. She was wonderful!

I did schedule my PCR test on August 4th at 9:00am, get the facility 8:55am. I was asked if had appointment, did say yes. The person who great me was rude, she did finally find my schedule appointment, then went to office (container) and she was on the phone (personal not a business. ) told the person that this guy is waiting so I call you back. I told her that I am here to get a test for traveling, she said that is extra charge, hello look at my schedule appointment I did paid already!!! I did state that I do need this in 24 hours, she said she will put that note. On August 5th by 12 moon still there's no results of my test so I can upload the information to Airlines and destination country. I have to drive back to facility, meet with very kind employee name Veronica, after she get the all the information, I was told the person who took the test day before but the wrong time for results to be needed. If I didn't go and keep waiting, I would miss the timeless for the required upload by the Airlines and destinations country. I was so mad,Veronica did call her Boss and explained that this is urgent. She did ensure me I will get my result by 3pm sharp and I did by 1:20 pm it was emailed. Veronica did awesome job but the girl with s....ty attitude didn't.

Did not get the opportunity to have my daughter get her Covid test today, with no appoinment. The lady at the front desk was rude to me, from my point of view. Besides that, and kept going doing some errands in the meantime i receive my phone call for my daughter test but my phone only rang like 3 times or 4, but not more than that. Could not get the phone call. Was not sure if i needed to take my daughter or not. Did not take her. But again, the lady at the front desk was not nice at all. Thank you

I have had to use this facility twice now and both times I have been helped by the same lady. She was amazing. No one wants to take these tests, but she made it easy and comfortable.

The drive up Covid Test site was super easy to do. The staff walked me through everything and answered my questions. It was really quick, but not at all rushed.

It was drive thru. The rep. was very pleasant and efficient. She advised both tests would be most accurate. In and out ! Just the way I like it.

- Verified patient on 8/11

I was very impressed with the staff. They took the time to explain everything to my son before they did any tests. This helped ease his anxiety. They even gave him an ice pop as we left. He was so thrilled with the experience he asked if we could go there instead of his regular pediatrician! I’d say they definitely won him over!

First time visiting on 9/10/21 and definitely will not be our last visit if we need after hours care. This place was great! My daughter had an 11pm appt and was actually seen a bit before that time. The lady at the front desk seemed to really enjoy her job. She made getting all checked in such a breeze and was super friendly, sweet, and very informative with explaining the billing process. The nurse was just as nice. She did a great job putting my daughter at ease before she did a swab test. My daughter is such a chatty cat and the nurse went right along with the conversation, which I liked the way she didn’t disregard her and seemed interested in what my daughter was saying or asking her. The doctor was fantastic. Bedside manner was top notch. He explained to my daughter everything he was going to do before he touched or looked at anything on her body. Which I appreciated and i know that put her at ease also. He made fun conversation as well with my daughter and seemed to understand my concerns of why we were there. He answered my questions without hesitation and gave great explanations. As I said above, her appt was at 11pm but we were seen a little before that and was on the way back home by 11:15pm. Great service all the way around. Very friendly and genuine staff and provider. So glad I found this hidden gem! Thanks so much.

Wow! This was my very first CoViD test. I was a little bit nervous. I had the absolute BEST service member named Faith test me. She was outstanding. She even helped me download a QR scanner before I tested. She was kind, helpful, friendly & very professional. She reassured me every step of the way with genuine care. She was efficient & finished my registration & test quickly. Hard to find outstanding service employees who go above & beyond. Faith is a true asset to FreeCovidCare!

I came in for testing due to a sexual assault. I was crying and confused and fragile. These women spoke to me like a friend. They coached me through it all. They gave me recourses and comfort and held my hand the whole way. They make my psychical and mental health. I couldn't have asked for a better staff! They didn't have to do that, but they did and went above and beyond! Whoever over says them. THEIR NAMES ARE MARIAM AND EMMA! PLEASE give these women a raise or something for going the extra mile. PLEASE take care of them, like they took care of me.

I stopped by today around 3:30 P.M. and the guy working the testing booth on North Ave in Villa Park was awesome! I forgot to get his name, but he did a great job handling multiple customers at a time, he never stopped moving, communicated very clearly, and was super efficient, friendly, and helpful!!!! Thanks, Chris Hovde

The poor staff weren't given enough tests but online appointments were allowed to be scheduled. Whoever allowed that to happen is awful. To put them on the Frontline with all those angry people. I hope they were well paid.

I would recommend your facility at least the one that we went to for everyone who needs a Covid test they worked at for us just as we needed it we put through an urgent request and received it the next day thank you for having these available

This is a drive up facility. It is just a trailer sitting in a large parking lot. When I went there were maybe two other cars there. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Sign in was easy and the swabbing was quick and painless. If another test is necessary, will definitely return.

Raleigh Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed. If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
